Privacy
What this site collects, who handles it, and how to have it deleted. Short version: not much.
What I collect
Only what you send me. If you use the inquiry form, I get your name, email address, and whatever you add: organization, event details and your message. I use it to reply to you, and that’s it. No mailing lists, no selling, no “sharing with partners.”
Who handles it
A few services do the heavy lifting:
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it sees standard request data such as your IP address. Cloudflare Turnstile also checks the form for bots, using signals from your browser.
- Resend delivers form messages to my inbox.
- Google (Gmail) hosts that inbox, so your message lives in my email like any other.
- Google Analytics counts visits (see below).
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, and YouTube plays the Velcro film. YouTube loads only when you press play, using its privacy-enhanced mode.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics tells me things like which pages get read and roughly where visitors come from. It uses cookies to do that.
If you’re visiting from Europe, the site asks first, and Google Analytics loads only if you say yes. Everywhere else it’s on by default. Wherever you are, you can switch it off below, and it stays off. There are no ad trackers either way.
Deleting your information
Want your message deleted? Email [email protected] and I’ll delete it from my inbox.
Changes
If anything here changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
